Copy Fine levied in the Court at Westminster within 15 days of the Holy Trinity 1701, before Edward Nevill, John Powell and John Blencowe, H.M. Justices, between John Higgs and William Knibb, plaintiffs, and William Rose and Frances his wife and Thomas Knibb and Hester his wife, deforciants, of one messuage, one barn, twenty five acres of land, eight acres of meadow, thirteen acres of pasture and two acres of furze and heath with common of pasture for all cattle in Ilmington and Halford.
