Description
Lease from Elizabeth Rowney of Halford, spinster, to Robert Hiorne of Pillerton, yeoman, of her messuage with appurtenances in Halford, then in the possession of William Horton; also four yard lands of arable meadow and pasture in the common fields of Halford (except all timber and except also out of the said messuage, the hall, parlour, pantry and cellar with right of egress and ingress thereto; the old dovehouse for the keeping of fowl and the pumphouse for washing; three chambers over the hall, parlour and pantry with the closets thereto belonging, with the great garret, with right of ingress and egress thereto; the use of the garner for the keeping of malt and the pew belonging to the said messuage in the parish church of Halford and two little gardens before the house and the kitchen garden behind the house lying on the right hand from the garden door to the Dyall; and the right to use the barns and stables to the said house) for four years at a yearly rent of £52.
