Indenture and counterpart of a Final Concord made in the Court at Westminster within three weeks of Holy Trinity 1669, before John Vaughan, Thomas Tirrell, John Archer and William Wylde, H.M. Justices and others, between Philip Gardner, plaintiff, and Henry Gibbs and Margaret his wife, deforciants, of one messuage, two cottages, one dovehouse, three gardens, one orchard, seventy acres of land, ten acres of meadow, forty acres of pasture and six acres of furze and heath with common of pasture for all cattle in Halford.
