Description
Writ of Eligit, Mason versus Halford, reciting that Nathaniel Mason, gent., had in the Court at Westminster been awarded against Thomas Halford a debt of £140 and also a debt of 63 shillings for costs and giving power to the Sheriff of Warwickshire to raise the said sums out of the goods and chattels upon the land of Thomas Halford; with Power of Attorney relating to the above.
