Description

Copy Conveyance dated 13 January 1698/9 (Old style) [1699], from Thomas Knibb of Halford, yeoman, and Hester, his wife to William Knibb of Halford, wheelwright, for £150, of a barn next the street with pig styes, stable, carthouse and yard adjoining (which premises were part of the tenement then in the possession of Thomas Knibb) and one half yard land of arable meadow and pasture in the common fields of Halford then in possession of Thomas Knibb; all which premises were theretofore purchased by Thomas Knibb of William Knibb and Mary his wife and Sarah Knibb, widow. Witnesses: William Halford, Thomas Blackborne and Nicholas Austin.
