Draft conveyance from John Lane of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., and Edmund Paine of the same place, timber merchant, with the privity of John Bellamy Minshull of Birmingham, wood turner and Elizabeth, his wife to Joseph Holtom of Stratford-upon-Avon, builder, for £88, of two pieces of land in Old Stratford, part of land called Shop Ground, fronting a new street called Mulberry Street, one containing 473 square yards and having a frontage of 11 yards to the said new street.
