Description

Fine (with Counterpart) levied in the Court at Westminster in the Octave of St. Martin 1702, before Thomas Treby, Edward Nevill, John Blencowe and Robert Tracy, H.M. Justices, between Edward Townsend and Elias Webb, plaintiffs, and Thomas Halford and Dorothy his wife, deforciants, of one cottage, one barn, one garden, forty five acres of land, ten acres of meadow and eleven acres of pasture and common of pasture in Halford.
