Probate of Will: Alveston

Description

Probate of the Will of Thomas Hiron of Alveston, gent., with a bequest of personal estate upon trust for sale, to discharge his debts and to pay the residue to his son, Thomas; and with a bequest to his daughter Ann of his estate in Alveston, which had heretofore been purchased by the testator of William Hastings, and a meadow called Littleham which the testator bought of one Merson. Appointment of testator's brother-in-law, Mr. Cooper of Pebworth, as executor. Witnesses: William Hands, John Hands and Thomas Townsend. Probate granted by the Peculiar of Hampton Lucy to the said John Cooper, 20 November 1730.
