Conveyance from William Bishop of Brailes, esq., to Francis Capell of the same place, gent., (reciting that William Bishop had then lately purchased of the Rt. Hon. Francis Lord Hawley, Sir Charles Harberd Kt., H.M. Surveyor General, Sir William Howard of Tonbridge, co. Surrey, Kt., Sir John Talbot of Laycock, co. Wilts., Kt., Sir Robert Steward of Lincolns Inn, Kt., and William Harberd of Grastin Park, co. Northants., esq., Trustees for sale of H.M. fee farm rents etc. and amongst other things of an annual rent charge of 6s 7d issuing out of certain tenements in Brailes in the tenure of Francis Capell) for £5 5s 4d of the said rent charge.
