Indenture and counterpart of fine levied in the Court at Westminster within three weeks of the Feast of St. Michael 1678, before Francis North, John Archer, Hugo Wyndham and Robert Atkyns, H.M. Justices, between Arthur Rowney, gent., plaintiff, and Philip Gardner, gent., and Mary his wife, Richard Kilby, gent., and Ambrose Holbech, gent., deforciants, of one messuage, two cottages, one dovehouse, three gardens, one orchard, seventy acres of land, ten acres of meadow, forty acres of pasture, six acres of furze and heath and common of pasture for all cattle with appurtenances in Halford.
