Justices, between Thomas Goode and Richard Smyth, plaintiffs, and Thomas Overton, deforciant, of three messuages, three gardens, three orchards, forty acres of land, five acres of pasture and twentyfive acres of pasture in Barnacle, Bulkington and Shilton.
