Draft Mortgage from Harriet Webb of Tiddington, widow, to John Branston Freer of Stratford-upon-Avon, esq., John Conolly of Hanwell, co. Middx., Doctor of Medicine, and the Reverend Robert Downes of Fatcham Rectory, co. Surrey, clerk (Trustees and Executors of Thomas Webb heretofore of Tiddington, esq., deceased) of a newly erected messuage in Wood Street for a time known as the 'New Red Lion' and afterwards converted into two dwelling houses, one of which was re-converted into an inn called the 'Plymouth Arms', and now used as a private dwelling house by William Buller, the tenant, together with a parcel of ground fronting to the South side of Wood Street adjoining the messuage occupied by the said William Buller, to secure £800.
