Conveyance: Whitnash

Description

Conveyance dated 15 February 1645/6 (Old style) [1646], from John Eyres of Bishops Tachbrooke, yeoman (son and heir of Tymothy Eyres of the same place, yeoman, deceased) and Katherine Eyres of Tachbrooke, widow of Tymothy Eyres, to Daniel Eyres of Whitnash, clerk, for £310, of a messuage, orchard, garden and close adjoining, and one yard land of arable meadow and pasture belonging to the said messuage in the fields of Whitnash; and one piece of arable land in the common fields of Whitnash then in the occupation of Richard Jackson, in a place called Mill Quarter and commonly called Prest Peece, next adjoining to Lemington field. Witnesses: Elizabeth Eyres, Robert Yardley, John Mallery senior, Richard Jackson and William Watkin.
