Description
Copy Conveyance (by way of Release) from Richard Badson of Binton, cordwainer, to Richard Kempson of the same, gent., for £482, of a messuage of toft whereon a messuage then lately stood, a close called Home Close thereto adjoining, two closes called Allisonnes, one meadow and nine yards of meadow in Millhams meadow, one close called Whernalls, twenty two lands in Copthorne field and thirteen lands in Ridgeway field (all which lands were situate in Great Alne and were reputed to be one yard land and a half, theretofore in the occupation of Anthony Charles and then of William Hobbins and Joseph Hemming; also the tithe of three meadows in Haselor called Goose Placks, Upperlis Waters and Little Placks in the occupation of Joseph Hemming.
