Conveyance from Edward Nevill Lord Abergavenny and Sir Henry Nevill, Knt., son and heir apparent, to Benjamin Kelsey of Fillongley for £50, of a messuage called Stranges in Fillongley then in the occupation of Benjamin Kelsey, a close called Bromefield, a meadow called Barne Meadow, another close called Crosse field, another close called the Acres, and a cottage and 'hempbecke' then in the occupation of Robert Hodgkins, all which premises are situate in the woodland in Fillongley and contain 44 acres 3 roods and 2 perches, reserving thereout to the said Edward Nevill and his heirs a yearly rent-charge of ten shillings and tenpence and manorial incidents. Witnesses: Nicholas Nott, Ralph Mallony, John Coulstocke Hugh Fell, William Holbech, Ri. Lyndsey and Roger Cley. Endorsed memorandum of enrollment in the court at Westminster, 23 Trinity Term 1611.
