Draft Conveyance from James Hiam of Stratford-upon-Avon, bricklayer, to William Woods Weston of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of the equity of redemption, and assignment of the monies arising out of the sale, of two messuages at the top of Henley Street called Hell Lane [Henley Lane/Windsor Street], together with four messuages erected on part of the homestall belonging thereto and a close in the borough of Stratford-upon-Avon at the Westward side of, and adjoining, the first-mentioned messuages, containing 2 acres 23 perches, bounded by the Tithe barn, rickyard and several gardens on the East, by a footroad leading from the road next hereinafter mentioned into Hell Lane on the South, by the public road leading from the Birmingham turnpike road to the Alcester turnpike road on the West, and a close, the property of the devisees of William Roberts on the North.
