Draft Conveyance from Catherine and Martha Millward of Alderminster, spinsters (first mortgagees of premises hereinafter mentioned), Jane Easthope of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, Edward Easthorpe of Birmingham, gold refiner and Edward Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent. (executrix and executors of Edward Easthope heretofore of Stratford-upon-Avon, farmer, deceased, who was second mortgagee of the said premises), Edward Smith of Harvington, co. Worcs., miller and William New of Worcester, grocer (assignees in bankruptcy of William Gould heretofore of Upton-on-Severn, co. Worcs., and now of Stratford-upon-Avon, chapman) and the said William Gould (mortgagor of the said premises) to John Tysoe of Broad Marston, co. Worcs., farmer, of a newly erected dwelling house with appurtenances in Waterside in the parish of Old Stratford at the bottom of a lane called Southern Lane, with a malthouse and a parcel of ground adjoining to the same.
