Conveyance from John Chetle of Northend, husbandman, to Robert Budd of Priors Hardwick, yeoman for £40 of a close of pasture ground in Northend called Elme Close, and a cottage standing upon the said close, which premises were then lately bought by John Chetle of Peter Proffit. Witnesses: Ambrose Holbeche senior, Ambrose Holbeche junior and Alex Hawtrey. Memorandum endorsed of Livery of Seisin in the presence of Henry Palmer, Richard Makepeace, Robert Makepeace and Ambrose Holbech, junior.
