?Conveyance by Lease and Release (release missing) from Humphrey Harper of Meriden, yeoman, to Charles Yardley of Stivichall, clerk, of a cottage and outbuildings then lately erected, a croft thereto belonging and closes called the Buddens, two closes called the Woolstone Hills and Poole Meadow, in the tenure of Thomas English. Witnesses: Robert Taylor and Judeth Jarnons.
