Covenant re Seisin: Whitnash
Description
Covenant between Daniel Eyres of Whitnash, clerk, and John Halford, gent. and Christopher Aylesbury, grocer, both of Warwick, whereby Daniel Eyres, in consideration of a Marriage between him and Hannah Halford (sister of John Halford) agreed that he and his heirs should stand seised of a messuage, garden, orchard and close to the same adjoining in Whitnash, one yard land with appurtenances in the fields of Whitnash to the said messuage belonging, and a piece of arable meadow and pasture in the common fields of Whitnash in a place called Mill Quarter and called Priests Peece, being next to Leamington field, to the use of Daniel Eyres for life, then to the use of the said Hannah for her life and then to the use of Daniel Eyres the younger, eldest son of the said Daniel Eyres and Hannah his wife, with remainders to the second and other sons of the said Daniel and Hannah Eyres successively in tail male.
