Lease dated 1 April 1793, from the Reverend William Daniel of Warwick, clerk, to Isaac Court of Bishopton, farmer, of a messuage, barn, stable and homestall together with several closes in Aston Cantlow and several allotments adjoining situate in Bearley, theretofore allotted upon enclosure to William Daniel and in the tenure of Isaac Court, for 14 years at a yearly rent of £90. Witnesses: Thomas Greenway and John Hickling. Enclosed: Receipt, dated 19 May 1798, for £45 from Leonard Court by John Bird.
