Settlement on the marriage of John Weston (son of Edward Weston of Over Whitacre, ironfounder, and Anne his wife) to Anne Cooper, daughter of Thomas Cooper of Baxterley, yeoman, being a conveyance by lease and release from Edward Weston and Anne his wife, to Thomas Cooper, senior and Thomas Cooper junior, his son and heir, of the property referred to in ER3/2551-2552, containing in all about 14 acres, to uses therein specified. Witnesses: Thomas Homer, John Sadler and Sarah Homer.
