Leics., surgeon, and Mary his wife, and Humphrey Harper of Meriden, yeoman, to William Harper of Radford Semele, yeoman for £400, of a cottage with barns and stables, a croft and meadow called the Buddens, two closes called Woolston Hills and a meadow called Pool Meadow, all in the occupation of Thomas English and situate in Fillongley. Witnesses: Samuel Bracebridge and Thomas Ebdell.
