Deed Poll under the hand and seal of Thomas Barfoote of Brinklow, labourer, witnessing that the said Thomas Barfoote, for £13 1s. 0d has granted to Jervice Sedgeley of Brinklow, labourer, a parcel of land, being part of the homeyard of the house in which the said Thomas Barfoote then dwelt, lying next the homestead of the said Jervice Sedgeley, together with a right of way belonging thereto. Witnesses: William Hall, Thomas Steane, William Newcombe, Abraham Randall, John Newcombe and Richard Jervice by their marks.
