Copy Mortgage from John Kempson of Alkerton, co. Oxon., yeoman (nephew and devisee in reversion named in the will of Richard Kempson late of Binton, gent., deceased), to Richard Bignell of Banbury, gent., of the other part, (reciting the will of Richard Kempson, dated 25 October 1783, whereby the testator devised all his real property in Great Alne then in the occupation of Mr. Weyum and his real property in Binton to Mary his said wife for life with remainder to his said nephew John Kempson) for £354 18s 2d of the reversion in fee expectant on the death of Mary Kempson in the said hereditaments in Great Alne, devised by the will of Richard Kempson; and it was further witnessed that the said John Kempson assigned certain stock to Richard Bignell upon trust, as to the said real and personal property, after the death of Mary Kempson to sell the same in discharge of the said debt and thereafter for the said John Kempson.
