Conveyance by Lease and Release, from Oliver Cave of Stanford, co. Northants., esq., and Timothy Butts of London, gent., to Moses Cave, citizen and draper of London, in pursuance of an indenture dated 28 November 1654 therein described, of a messuage with homestead and a close of fifty six acres, together with appurtenances therein more particularly described. Witnesses: Theodore Grene, Christopher Harvey, Thomas Pettifer, John Clarke and Philip Style.
