Indenture and Counterpart of a final concord in the Court of Common Pleas in Westminster, Trinity Term 1651, before Oliver St. John, John Puliston, Peter Warburton and Edward Atkyns, H.M. Justices, between Francis Capell and Nicholas Tisoe, plaintiffs, and William Baldwyn the younger, gent., and Thomas Baldwyn, gent., deforciants, of one messuage, one dovehouse, one garden, one orchard, 140 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 30 acres of pasture, 10 acres of furze and heath and common of pasture with appurtenances in Brailes.
