Final Concord and Agreement made in the Court of Common Pleas, Easter Term 1697, before George Trevy, Edward Nevitt and John Powell, H.M. Justices, between Richard Briscoe and Thomas Pratt, plaintiffs, and Thomas Griffin, gent., and Sarah his wife, and Daniel Eyres, gent., and Hannah, deforciants, of four messuages, four gardens, 126 acres of land, twenty acres of meadow, thirty six acres of pasture, six acres of furze and heath and common of pasture for all cattle, in the parishes of St. Nicholas, Warwick and of Whitnash.
