Draft Conveyance from Edward Greaves, late of Warwick but now of Avonside, Barford, esq., to William Oakes Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, Clerk of the Peace for the county of Warwick, for £350, of a parcel of land in Leamington theretofore part of a close called Great Ground containing 2333 sq. yards described on a plan thereto for the purpose of building a Militia Storehouse.
