Lease from James Caley of Coventry, gent., to William Rastill of Berkswell, husbandman, of a messuage with garden and orchard and four closes in Berkswell in a place called Cornishend near to Sliver Slade there theretofore in the tenure of Miles Cox and then of William Rastill, reserving to the said James Caley certain timber trees, for a term of 21 years at an annual rent of £4 10s. 0d. Witnesses: Richard Cayley and John Brockhurst.
