Settlement on the Marriage of John Kelsey of Burton Hastings, baker (eldest son of John Kelsey of Wolvey, husbandman) and Mary Drought, spinster, daughter of Thomas Drought of Bramcote, yeoman, and Thomas Drought and Samuel Perkins of Copson, husbandman, of the third part, being a conveyance from John Kelsey the elder and John Kelsey the younger to Thomas Drought and Samuel Perkins of Copson, husbandmen, of a tenement in Fillongley, then in the tenure of Thomas Crispe, and a messuage and orchard etc. in Burton Hastings then in the occupation of John Kelsey the younger; to hold the same to certain uses therein specified. Witnesses: John Smith, Thomas Wallis and John George.
