Conveyance from Ballard Townsend of Arley, yeoman, to John Taylor of Baxterley, cordwainer, for £100 of a messuage called Outwoods Greene, alias Ballards Greene, and three closes thereto adjoining called Henwoods Field, the Four Leyes and Cow Close. Witnesses: Nicholas Parker, Richard Taylor, William Wright (by his mark), tenant in possession. Memorandum endorsed of Livery of Seisin, witnessed as before.
