Description

Lease for a year from John Savage the younger of Warwick, fellmonger, and Anne his wife to Thomas Man of Kenilworth, gent., of forty acres in the common fields of Myton in the parish of St. Nicholas, Warwick, and a close there in the occupation of widow Furnis; also a close or meadow called Steward's Piece in Coten End fields in the said parish of St. Nicholas, in the occupation of John Savage, forty five acres in the common fields of Myton sometimes reputed to have been seventy five acres, being part of Woodalls Lands, then or late in the tenure of John Barnett. Witnesses: Merey Mathews, Thomas Eades, G. Weale, Jane Newby and Oliver Pawlett.
