Description
Conveyance from Francis Savage of Tetbury, co. Glos., gent., to Francis Phipps of Broadway, gent., for £40, of a half moiety of a messuage in Broadway, then in the tenure of John Burson Baker, formerly between the cottage of Richard Clemson on the north side and a close there called the Tythe Barn Close on the south side, and also one grden and orchard to the said messuage belonging. Witnesses: Walter Savage, Walter Savage junior and John Stone.
