Description

Lease from John Ward of Oxhill, yeoman, to Thomas Hiron the elder of Alveston, gent., and Thomas Hiron the younger, gent., son and heir apparent of the said Thomas Hiron the elder, of a capital messuage with a close thereto adjoining in Oxhill, late in the occupation of Thomas Rawbone, and four yard lands in the common fields of Oxhill theretofore occupied with the said capital messuage, all which premises were then in the occupation of John Ward, at a rent of one peppercorn. Witnesses: William Challoner and John Goodwin.
