Description

Lease from Eleanor Grooby of Wootton Wawen, spinster (one of the aughters of Edward Grooby late of Wootton Wawen, threadman, deceased, and devisee names in the will of the said Edward Grooby), to Francis Alexander of Henley-in-Arden, hatter, and John Sanders of Henley-in-Arden, gent., of four pieces of arable meadow and pasture land and a barn standing on one of them, formerly in the occupation of William Savage and then of John Booth called respectively Lodge Close, Holmes' Hill, Tree Meadow and Whateleys Meadow in Beaudesert for a term of one year at a peppercorn rent.
