Draft Conveyance from William Oakes Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, Clerk of the Peace for the County of Warwick, to the Lord Bishop of Worcester and the Coventry Committee of Visitors, concerned with the [hospital for people experiencing mental health problems].

The conveyance was for a piece of land on the North-Eastern end of the main building of the [hospital], bounded on the North and North-East by the boundary wall of the [hospital] grounds adjacent to the land of the Earl of Warwick in the parish of Hatton, for the purpose of a burial ground for the [hospital] patients.
