Description
Assignment from Robert Charlett of Cusop in the parish of Avenbury, co. Hereford, gent., to Charles Johnson of Alcester, mercer, and John Johnson, his son, of Alcester, mercer, of a mortgage of certain buildings, gardens and orchard and four selions of arable land in Abbotts Morton, theretofore in the occupation of Edmund Morrell together with common of pasture. Witnesses: Thomas Hunt and Charles Johnson the younger.
