Description

Assignment dated 3 March 1667/8 (Old style) [1668], from George Kempson of Alcester, gent., and Henry Kempson of Langley, gent., son and heir apparent of the said George Kempson, to Augustine Walker of Aston-juxta-Birmingham, gent., (reciting ER3/2683 and reciting that Henry Archer shortly after the execution of the said recited indenture died and that the term of 1000 years mentioned therein had become vested in George Kempson late husband of Anne Kempson, deceased, who was devisee under the will, recited, of Henry Archer) for £56, of the residue of the term of 1000 years in the property described in ER3/2683. Witnesses: William Parker, Thomas Smith, William Prickitt, William Booth, John Hopkins and Thomas Homer.
