Lease from Dame Mary Trevor of Kew, alias Kew Green, co. Surrey, widow and executrix of the will of Sir Thomas Trevor late of Enfield, co. Middx., Knight and Baronet and Knight of the Honorable Order of the Bath, to Sir Henry Capell of Kew Green, Knight of the Honorable Order of the Bath, Sir Francis Masham of High Lever, co. Essex, Bart., and Samuel Fortney of the Tower of London, esq., of the Manor of Leamington, alias Leamington Hastings, and the rectory and advowson of the parish church of Leamington Hastings, and all hereditaments, messuages etc. of the said Dame Mary Trevor situate in the parishes of Hewlington, Dutton Bryan, Dutton Diffith, Houit Suton alias Sutton Coraduton, and Cotam Iscoyd, in the county of Denbigh, for one year at a peppercorn rent. Witnesses: Tre. Fortney, Bartholmew Sharpe, Davie Cregh and John Condell.
