Mortgage from John Priest of Saint Anne's Street, Westminster, gent., son and heir of John Priest late of Broadway, gent., deceased, Anne Priest of Broadway widow of John Priest, deceased, and Walter Savage of Broadway, esq., to William Stephens of Broadway, gent., for £40 to John Priest the younger paid by William Stephens, of the cottage and little close described in ER3/2757 (but not the four acres therein mentioned) for a term of 1000 years at a peppercorn rent subject to a proviso for redemption.
