Copy Will of Jeremiah Jordan of Bearley, gent., whereby he devised to his grandson John Jordan Haynes (son of John Haynes of Haselor, gent.) and his heirs for ever, a messuage and farm lands in the parish of Packwood and he also bequeathed to Joseph, Sarah, Elizabeth and Robert Haynes (sons and daughters of the said John Haynes) £100 each to be paid on their attaining 21 years; and he appointed his son-in-law, John Haines, his sole executor and residuary legatee. Witnesses: Elizabeth Rich, John Jordan and Robert Hawley. With receipt, dated 31 May 1787, by John Haynes of the sum of £21 from Thomas Lane as rent of a cottage at Bearley formerly the property of the said Jeremiah Jordan.
