N. of Alveston on his intended Marriage with Ellen Catherine Ricketts of Leamington, spinster, concerning the assignment of a Mortgage for £10,000 on estates in Camberwell, Surrey, to be assigned by William Holbech, esq., at the direction of the said Captain Holbech, to Trustees for the use of the said Captain Holbech, Ellen Catherine Ricketts and their heirs.
