Conveyance: Broadway

Description

Conveyance from William Sambach of Pillerton, co. Worcs., gent. and Dorothy his wife to John Priest of Broadway, gent., and Ann his wife for £16, of a messuage or cottage in Broadway theretofore in the occupation of Bartholomew Best deceased between the cottage of Richard Clemson on the North and a close called the Tythe Barn Close on the south, a little close adjoining to the said messuage, and four acres lying in the common fields of the `Upp' end of the manor of Broadway, also theretofore in the occupation of Bartholomew Best and then of William Sambach; to hold the same to John Priest and his heirs to the use of John Priest and Ann his wife for lives with remainder to the heirs of John Priest forever.
