Draft of an agreement between Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Warwick, surgeon, and Kelynge Greenway of the same place, esq., whereby the said Kelynge Greenway was to purchase two adjacent messuages in West Street and extending into Friar[s] Street in the parish of St. Mary's Warwick.
