Schedule of title deeds relating to a messuage and premises in West Street Warwick, belonging to Thomas Wheatley Hiron esq., handed over by Mr. Cooksey on the reconveyance to Mr. Hiron. Acknowledgement from Messrs. Haynes and Moore, solicitors for Mr. Hiron dated 20 July 1859, to John Alexander Cooksey for the deeds, cancelled. Certificate by George Fenton, clerk to Messrs. Haynes and Moore, solicitors, Warwick, that the said deeds and copy of schedule were deposited with Messrs. Greaves, Greenway and Smith, bankers, Warwick, Dated 27 August 1859. [Hiron]
