Mortgage from Alicia Fitzherbert Hiron of Snitterfield, widow of Thomas Wheatley Hiron to Samuel William Haynes and George Moore of Warwick, gents. and co-partners, of her share under the Will of her grandfather Thomas Smith of Meriden esq. deceased of the personal estate expectant on the decease of her Aunt Esther Sophia Smith, daughter of the said Thomas, in part payment of the professional charges owed by the said Thomas Wheatley Hiron to the said Samuel William Haynes and George Moore.
