Lease for a year from William Bookey of the Brine Pitts in Dodderhill, co. Worc., son and heir of William Bookey, late of the same, deceased, John Dannett of Elmbridge, co. Worc., esq., and Mary his wife, daughter of William Bookey senior, William Bell of Bittell in Alvechurch, co. Worc., esq., and Robert Bell, gent., his son and heir, to Thomas Amphlett of Droytwich, co. Worc., apothecary, of a messuage, toft, lands, tenements, etc. at or near Wreadnall Green in King's Norton, co. Worc., 'used together as one entire farme', in the occupation of William Dingley. Witnesses: Humphrey Lowe, Richard Norbury and Joseph Cox.
