Grant of land: Henley-in-Arden

Description

Grant by William le Juntur of Beaudesert to John Hemery of Henlega, for half a mark of silver, of a piece of land for making a dyke through the length of the meadow the said John had of him [in Henley in Arden] to hold the same to the chief lord of the fee for the rent and service due therefrom. Witnesses: Roger Ive, Geoffrey Body, Alexander Kemel, William de Pacwode, John Clerk, etc. Undated.
