Lease and Release, the Release being a settlement from Thomas Ward of Moreton Morrell, esq., to Thomas Ward, the younger, of the same place gent., his son, previous to the Marriage between Thomas Ward the younger and Anne Hobbins spinster, of two messuages and lands one called Roses Farm and the other called Moreton Wood Farm in Moreton Morrell in the occupation of John Ivins, to the use of the said Thomas Ward the younger and his heirs.
